Worried this is cancer or something. Red scaly bumps on penis shaft and dark spot on penis shaft

imageThese bumps started off looking like warts but then became red and dry. they get somewhat more red after a shower and sensitive to the touch. the black spot has been there over a year, just thought it was nothing but won't go away. maybe the pics will help give someone an idea of what it might beimageimage

      the black one needs looking at the others look like a skin condition of some kind
