Worried with after stroke symptoms

My dad is 77 yrs old and had a stroke more than 5 years ago. He woke up two days ago and was really dizzy where he almost fell in the kitchen. Then slept all day and when he woke up he asked to eat but his mannerism was different where he was loud and demanding. Then my mom and I noticed he wasn't as alert and his sight seem to not be as good. He is eating well and I was able to have a full conversation, but he seem to be a little bit out of it. His legs are weak where he can't walk without help. i checked symptoms for stroke and nothing matched. The only thing i searched would be lack of blood flow to brain...can anyone provide any insight?
