With my knowledge all i can recommend is going to the doctor. If the fatigue doesn't go away in around a week. Go to your doctor. I really suggest it. Most of these are just random pains which i doubt are very concerning if they dont persist but fatigue can be for alot of things. I just had fatigue like 5 days ago and i really got scared, turned out to be a cold so yeah. Just wait to see if its a cold. Honestly thick head, pain in body sounds like the flu or some virus, but that shouldnt last over 2 weeks so yeah. Thats my advice. Go to the doctor of the fatigue persist for longer than a week.
