Worried with what’s happening to my penis

i have had atopic dermatitis as determined by my doctor on my face on eyelids near the corner of my mouth and on my scrotum. it goes and comes. but now off late its too much than i can handle. its winter here since about a month. so may be thats making it worse.

but the real problem now is

  1. i see those shiny skaly spots more of them on my penis shaft.
  2. my foreskin is also tightening like never before but i'm still able to fully retract.
  3. off late from what i googled there is lot of smegma build up.

    i have drastically reduced my sex and masturbation for a few months now. only masturbation probably once or twice a week and not every week.

i'm worried a lot that this could be an STI or something worse! please help!

    build up of smegma could indicate balantitus or fungal infection. get STI screen. consult a doctor.
