hi ill start off saying i get paranoid very easily and i think to much, and have very bad anxiety attacks constantly.

So a few weeks ago i had coronavirus and by the third day it felt as though i could not picture the things i was trying to imagine which got me worried, well i c could see what i imagined, just not as clear as i could. So as i went on to win the fight against COVID but started having a hard time breathing/ catching my breath which caused me to worry and worry .... and worry. So long story short i don't know if its COVID or if its me being paranoid and its taking over , or what?

if i could get some help with this i would appreciate it , because i keep worrying ill end up being lost in my brain!

please don’t worry, you’re not going to get lost in your brain. Even though you’re over Covid, your body is still recuperating so it may not be as sharp as it was but that’s only temporary.. do your best to relax your mind and give your body a chance to recover fully..

do some mindfulness breathing exercises., when you catch yourself worrying, immediately let those thoughts go and do something to keep busy. You’re gonna be OK!
