Hi Charliee l hope you get treatment for health anxiety as you need it urgently.Sadly even if you go to a and e you won't be able to stop thinking you have cancer.Your doctor has tried to reassure you you have had tests done. There is nothing more they can do to convince you.You must try to help yourself by stopping checking yourself for signs of cancer. Also try to find out as much as you can about health anxiety and how you can take a bit of control yourself.

Charlie, you have severe health anxiety, with the focus on cancer. Other people focus on heart problems and strokes.

I agree with Marleen - please get help for this. Medication and therapy are urgently needed.

A & E is the last place you need to visit.

There are some great videos on YouTube about how to cope with anxiety, phobias etc. check them out!

But you really need to get into some counseling or therapy for this for your peace of mind.
