Worrying for a while now, please help. Arthritis fears

I'm starting to get concerned about the possibility of psoriatic arthritis. I was diagnosed and have lived with psoriasis since I can remember, it's mild only affecting around my eyes and ears. I am now 22 and have been noticing similar symptoms happening, not sure whether it's my extreme with me having a chance of having the condition. I often have a sore shoulder, usually the shoulder that I have my bag on is worse. A few weeks ago I went on a height course which required climbing and pulling myself on a rope, the next day I had muscle soreness around my chest area. I wasn't concerned due to the nature of the activity and the pain went after a few days, which I believed was normal. However what concerned me was at that time I also had pain in the ball of my left foot, it was painful to work on. This also lasted a number of days then went. Last night I spent many hours sitting on the floor moving from kneeling to lying down to having my legs crossed and back hunched. I was designing a piece of art and worked on it from about 5 in the afternoon till past 11pm. This morning I have woken with sore buttocks, particularly painful when sitting up and down. I feel that maybe I am allowing my fear of having arthritis cloud my judgement, but also I feel it's odd displaying almost every early symptom besides hand and feet swelling, I also do not have problems with my fingers or toes and no discolouration of the nails.

The activities that preceeded the pain may well be the cause, having said that you need to talk to your GP who can arrange appointment that will rule other conditions out (only a rheumotologist can confirm PA after a chat, xrays and bloods (look for inflammation) even if it only puts your mind at ease.
Hope that helps
