worrying stomach pain

Hello.

For 10 plus years i have been sturggling with gastro issues from constipation to gerd(linked go anxiety) i have been having weird stomach pain for the lst 3 days. Its mostly on my lower stomach and my flanks on both sides but mostly the left side. Its like a dull pain, also radiates to the back of my left lower back and sharp pain in my back, enough thay scares me and thinks im having an attack. I dont know if i should talk to my doctor about this as we tried solutions for my gerd and constipation and i feel that this is something dfferent and worries me a lot. So if anyone knows what this may be, i would really appreciate any advice. Im a 21 year old female.

Thank you

I'm following this, because I'm having the same pains. Had scans, and no diagnosis yet

Hi this is the symptom of acute or chronic gastritis. Please don't waste time and go for an endoscopy.

I have gotten 2 done last 2 years. Last one done in march of this year. Everything was normal just gerd, told me to takr zantac twice a day. Should i go back?

Ok if this is the case then you avoid endoscopy and go for a stool or breathe test for h pylori.

Because the next possibility is h pylori, you are supposed to stop any antacid or antibiotics 2 weeks before the test. I am 100% sure it is gastritis.

I have had these exact symptoms and have had an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and an endoscopic ultrasound, and GI doc says al looks good. I know something is not right. Having back pain, rib area pain, and stomach issues. I guess we ask for the test for h pylori? Hope we get answers. Keep us posted.
