Worse off now taking Cialis as it has caused retrograde ejaculation

I started taking Cialis a year ago but it has now caused me really severe retrograde ejaculation and very painful ejaculations. I originally needed to take them to control my blood pressure but this really is something which i feel needs to be reported on here as other people may be suffering the same as myself.
Before taking these drugs my ejaculate was normal and quite copious, but now nothing. I get the sensation or orgasm but that is all. Had I known how severe this problem would have become I would never have considered this drug at all.
If other people are experiencing this condition then they really must consider that this drug is most likely part, if not alll of the problem.

Thanks guys for all of your replies
I considered that is may be other meds but this has really only occurred since taking Tadalafil. I did research on the internet and long term use of this drug does seem to be effecting quite a few men. I just need to know if this is reversible.
I needed to take Tamsulosin up to five years ago. It was a terrible drug and i'm glad i got off of it as if i missed a dose I couldn't pee at all but now this retro seems to be an additional problem with Cialis.

don't know what other pill you are on but if you feel that Cialis is causeing you tis problem get off of it. Go to your doctor and tell him you want to try something else. Try myrbetriq it will relax your bladder. Making yourself happy is the main thing Ken

Are you taking other meds besides Cialis? Is it possible that something else is causing RE? Just did a cursory search on "Cialis Side Effects." While RE isn't listed, it does say, "abnormal ejaculation," and I'm just wondering if RE is covered under this rubric. You said you've been taking Cialis for a year. A late onset side effect like the one you're describing seems strange. I'm a huge believer in second opinions.
