I feel for you.  A hot soak in the bath usualllyhelps me or at least takes my mind off the pain for a few minutes.  I have to make sure that someone is in the house just in case I need help getting out!  Sorry I can't be of much help hopefully somebody else will be along soon and be able to offer a bit more support and advice. Chin up.

Right away you can take Ibuprofen or another NSAID and call 111 for advice.  But I guess you must go to ER...ASAP. It may be spine, sciatica, etc, so it should be checked, scans, Xrays, etc. Acute pain may be a "comorbidity" but it's not FibroM. I hope you get well soon. X
