Worsening cystocele

Hi
I'm new here, hope you are all well.
Please could I have some advice regarding bladder prolapse?
I started with this after the birth of my second child, whom is almost 2. I'm 34.
the bladder prolapse seems to be worse in the sense of lower back pain, abdo pain and feeling urge to pass urine all the time. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I am just concerned about the pain really. I have been using the electronic kegel machine for months but not much improvement. I am currently awaiting a pessary. Do these work?
thank you

I used a pessary for a few years and yes, it worked for a while. Unfortunately had to try a few different ones before finding one that fitted well. But in the end did need an operation to correct the problem. The issue is that if you plan on having more children, then it is wiser to wait to have an operation to correct the problem to ensure its successful.
Best of luck

Thanks Jaqueline.
Due abit of a wait for pessary due to Covid, however I did think it would maybe involve a few trials of different ones.
Thank you for your response
