Worst feeling ever

Hi, almost 2 months ago i cut half of my forearm at work and i was in shock ofc..i had a surgery the same day,but i wasnt worrying so much 15-20mins after i got into the emergency room..infact,i was looking forward to the surgery..i was feeling fine untill 1 month after surgery.i felt somethidng weird in my arm, which was realisticaly normal, but not for me..so 2 day after that,i woke up and felt minor weakness/lightheadedness and nausea, which lasted for 1 week.then, in the mid of the night,i woke up with breathing trouble,so we called 911 and when they arrived i was shaking uncontrolably, had a lump in my throat, trouble breathing,190bps..it was a panic attack..so,4-5 day after that i had trouble breathing and feeling chills from time to time, weak, nauseated, chest pain, arm pain, but all minor pains..my doc said it was all in my head.so 5 days after that the symptoms were slight and didnt come alot,so i thought about going for a walk..while i was walking i slipped on ice and fell on my right butt and hit my arm..that was 1.5 months after the surgery.that freaked me out cause i felt pain around my wrist for 2h.doc said by looking at the arm, there was nothing wrong.but my symptoms got back again..1 day while watching a movie,i felt strong nausea that lasted for almost 2h and i got scared, cause a friend of mine got nauseated a few days before and was diagnosed with brain bleeding..so every day i was searching on the net for symptoms, but i didnt have all of them, but i was constantly worrying about me getting it..that same night while i was sleeping, something woke me up and i saw my pillow wet and my left foot numb.so day by day my symptoms were getting worse.i couldnt play video games for 1h without feeling weak and stressed and nauseated after that.a few days later,i was watching a video in the morning and while i was laughing i felt dizzy and layed back to bed.it lasted for 1-2h.the same day i had thinnitus and i could hear some roaring from the same ear at night.a few days later, while i was in a waiting room, waiting for my doc,i felt a minor pain in my right jaw..the next day and the day after that at the exact same time 3-4pm i felt the back of my head being tender and weak.so the next day i felt strong pain in my right jaw that spreads all over the area, the joint..everywhere.so i was confused cause i had head pressure, stiff neck(random)dizziness, jaw pain, ear ringing..so i went to my doc and told her about it and i was suspecting an mid ear infection.so while the nurse was rinsing my ear,i felt pain deep inside.she couldnt wash the whole ear cause of the pain, and my doc said it was a little red inside..so she gave me eye drops but it could be used for ear also..anyway,before i went to my doc that day,i went to my physician, and while walking there i was feeling dizzy and barely could make it without passing out,i also saw small flashes infront..that happened yesterday..now i feel pressure only in the right side of my head, sometimes forehead, right neck and dizziness with flashes..its getting worse every day.but today,i felt so stressed out, like im gonna die, along with a slight stiff right neck, right head pressure, and dizziness. Is this really anxiety or what is it

I  think that  you are suffering from post operative shock which should settle in time as you adjust to the changes in your  body following the accident.
