Worst Jetlag going on, Need help

I had a international trip with 13 hours time zone difference between both place. I reached the destination at 5 AM early morning and for first day I slept pretty much the whole day as I was tired. From the next day, I slept around 6 PM at the destination time, but woke up at 12 AM Midnight as it is my general waking schedule (like 11 AM). So, I thought next day, let me stretch and sleep a bit late, I slept at 9 PM the next day and I again naturally woke up at 12 AM Midnight and had no sleep thereafter. I felt groggy the whole next day, But still I didn't went to sleep during afternoon or morning as it would just push the progress back. I again stretched up to 9 PM local time and again unfortunately woke up at 12 AM midnight (just 3 hours of sound sleep).
Now, I am super confused. I feel heaviness under my eyes, my weight has lost, I am feeling tired, also getting mild anxious. 5 nights have gone past, but my Jet-Lag has not gone. This is by far the worst I have ever had. I don't have sleeping pills and it's hard for me to get prescription in this country.
What should I do ? Should I now start sleeping at afternoon local time (which is my real sleeping schedule back in my country night time). But that will make things just worse, as I will be sleeping whole day and waking up whole night local time & I have to stay in this place for 1 month. So, I have to somehow get set to local timezone.
Can anyone suggest me tips, schedule advise. I am just so tired, dehydrated and groggy. Can't take it anymore
