Vit E capsules are great. Pierce he capsule and use the oil on the vagina. Replens was great for me for about a year and then when I used it it turned into a white blobby cream

Sue, where do you get the vitamin E capsules? Presumably are pure with no added stuff? Do you use every night?

I was curious about Replens so looked it up and apparently after a while of use you get dead cells build up in the vagina but eventually they go away.  That's what the white blobby stuff is.  Wonderful LOL!  My friend who uses this has never mentioned it but perhaps she wouldn't LOL!

Also when the replens turned to white blobby stuff Chris it did me no good at all. So finished using it.

I can well understand that Sus:-)  I can't remember if I mentioned that the specialist told me it was fine to use the hyalaronic acid pessaries or the Key E pessaries even every day if I wanted to, so I'm using those more now (was using them twice a week).  I've got my husband picking up a pro hydrate intimate wash today as well, so I'm going to see how that works too.  When I see the specialist I'll ask her to write down exactly what the product she was recommending is because one I found was for horses, and the other was a pore cleanser and that sounds harsh for that area, so I want a bit more detail LOL!

Yes, it's great on this group that we can talk so freely.  It does say it's publicly visible, but who really cares!  It may just be useful to people who hit across posts on here when googling for answers, anyway.

You are right Chris , hoping everyone is feeling good today. I have been using Dermol 200 which is an emollient , as recommended by my Doctor it's very mild without a foam so it's good to use ,although she did tell me not to douche, when washing .

      I am good today thanks.

dermol 200 is new to me

yes it is good to research what we are using.

Yes, I think the general advice is not to use any cleansing product up there, isn't it?  My GP said only water.

I whole heartedly agree with that one. I do not use any bought cleansing product

I'm trying to think of a way of putting this delicately, but not sure how to - the feminine wash products are meant for that area but not 'up' there, but do you mean you only use water around the whole area?

Mostly. I have a wash (can't think of the name) that the hospital gave me. It's  White, not suddy and like lanolin

That sounds good.  I wonder if that's what the specialist was meaning for me but she got the name slightly wrong!  I'll see if I can get the name on Tuesday!

I am away at the mo so cat look it up but believe it's an emolient
