Hi all, been doctors for blood tests because I’ve not really been myself feeling yucky. My abdomen as been sore for about 3 days now moving about it’s all over my lower stomach now. And I done the toilet and black in my stools not all black but a good bit, and it’s really sore and I’ve googled all sorts and it’s giving me all sorts of scary things back.. got my doctors today at 1:20? Should I mention black poop or will he laugh? Or should I head over to hospital I’m getting tested for either anaemia or gastritis and it says that can cause it. But would my tests show stomach ulcer that can cause internal bleeding in worrying sick here and my abdomen is sore not severely but it is painful. Not sure if it’s cause I’m getting myself this worked up and googling symptoms but help me. This pain is on and off at different parts of abdomen. And can internal bleeding kill me instantly. Please help me out thanks.

Internal bleeding would show up as anemia, have they checked you for this?

Bloating and pain can be a whole range of conditions so it's best to tell your doctor/hospital everything so they'll know what to test for. You might need some camera work done

    Hope you feel better soon

Mention all your symptoms to your doctor and leave nothing out.  Mention black stools.  If you leave out crucial symptoms, your doctor will not be able to help you.  I don’t see why your doctor would laugh at you.

Hi everyone thanks for your help and tips. Doctor yesterday told me that my blood results where fine no anaemia or anything wrong with me mentioned pain. Still here but no black stools so that’s good. He said if anymore black stools or blood go straight back up to him. But my lower abdomen feels bloated and sore and so does my back. But suppose nothing can be up maybe just trapped wind if not away for tonight I’m going hospital been here for 4 days now going to get checked
