Was diagnosed with LS in August, prescribed a steroid creme, oestrogen and non-scented. Now February and my symptoms do not seem to have reduced much. Any advice?

Join some of the fb groups to get more information. It should have at the very least reduced symptoms by now and you might want to change some routine. Have you added in moisturiser like emuaid or castor oil, these will make all the difference if applied after each visit to the toilet. Also use a peri bottle with water to clean after a wee or no 2.

Thanks for the advice. I am not particularly happy using the steroid cream (twice a week)and wonder if you have come across Perrins, which I have been told could help?

I myself have stopped using steroid cream and am in a flare at the moment which is being managed with castor oil and borax baths and some sudocream. However, the vulva is like someone ran a garden rotavator over it its so lumpy, wrinkly and white. I have never heard of perrins but I'll look into. I am waiting for ozonised castor oil cream that is supposed to be brilliant.

      I'll let you know.

Coptis (stains, but works) Emu oil. 7th generation TP soft side out, blotting or dabbed, not rubbed. if pee stings try peeing into tp if big enough. Some use water from a bottle. Drink more water. Maybe try alkaline water
