Would like to know what's wrong with me

Last year I started feeling funny. A strange pressure in the front of my head and a spacy detached feeling. It came with panic attacks and anxiety. almost as if I were under the influence of something. I remember the feeling when I was a kid and associated them with migraines. bit the headaches are really mild with this. It's similar to vertigo alot of the time, just without nausea. First found out I had high BP and was put on a beta blocker which helped a little. Now it's over a year later and the feeling hasn't subsided completely. there good days and bad days but never complete relief. I've had a CT scan and blood work. found out I have cirrhosis caused by hep c which I'm being treated for now. does anyone have any idea what this could be?

if im totally honest you are still struggling with anxiety and this is a common symptom i have had myself. AND THE MORE YOU WORRY ABOUT IT THE LONGER IT WILL STAY. you are caught in a cycle. You will need to make a habit of doing relaxation every day even then it will stay for a good while. Relaxation needs to be a part of your life for a while. Try to avoid relaxation that asks you to focus on parts of your body as this can make you more sensitive. Just breathing slowly to lower your heart rate and once relaxed stay there for half an hour or even have a sleep . Find positives in amongst your worrys. Good luck its hard work for a few months you have to dedicate yourself.

I have been on bisoprolol for 2 years. Have experienced a multitude of side effects. Pressure in head, earaches, severe tinnitus, lethargy, fatigue, weakness and the list goes on. Doctor says it is all anxiety, I have had anxiety many times in my life but nothing like I have experienced since being on this pill. I hope you find relief and do everything you can to combat stress and depressive thoughts.
