Would like to than everyone that's gave me adivce

Hey everyone , a update on me well I had the injection . Which I felt didn't work , went back to doctor and they put me on gabatine, I have such a new. Lease of life days without pain . If I do its like 3 percent I had me meeting at work and can go back on the 5 April.

I can't express how happy I am , I don't know if it come back but I know I have to try and work . At least then I tried my best .

I would like to thank everyone for the advice they gave me in my darkest moments I would of coped with out all your advice

And I do hope for you all you get the help you need ...take care all and once again I can't thank you all enough much love to everyone

    Great news Donna. Do you mean gabapentin.

    Some discussions here on Medtronic prestige disc replacement. You might want to do a search for philm45. He had a dream story of how easy and simple it's also on utube.

    Great to hear your good news Donna.

    Are you still doing physio? If you have much reduced pain then maybe it's a good opportunity to build up those muscles to help support the spine.

    Also, I have found swimming has been good for reducing my symptoms, it's good for your back muscles and it's really good for you generally. I started slow and very short sessions but have been able to build up over the weeks. Just a suggestion for helping with long terms back health.

      Hi, I go hospital 4 April , so I don't know if I still have to have physio , I started walking a lot more and can now clean my house properly . I will look into swimming actually I love swimming .
