Hi people, can anyone help? I have been without my counsellor for the whole of the Xmas holidays and some part of December. I am due to go back to see a male counsellor but can i talk to him about assault, will he feel embarrassed? I am going to find this incredibly difficult! Give me some courage! I have mentioned this before, but i am still scared!

Hi underlovescar, i would love to but if i do that i have to totally start again and that doesn't bear thinking about. At least with this guy i'm at the same company and he wanted to help in the first place. He knows from his colleague that my opinion of men is well how do i put it not the greatest. We'll see how it goes. I think the fact that he's offered says something! Wish me luck, if it doesn't feel right i will say so.
