Wound after 4 weeks

Hi i am looking for some advice on what to do next.

my wife had a cist removed 4 weeks ago from her foot and she has been back to the hospital and given the ok

since then she has been getting a lot of pains and swelling so visited our local gp and all say its ok

attached is the image of it today 4 weeks after the op and i dont think its right??? this weekend she is in agony from it getting sharp pains through her foot

is it me or does this need to be looked at again???File size is too bigimage
