I have been having itching in my groin, armpit, buttocks, scrotum, shaft and the head of the penis lately. The itching left some patches on both my scrotum and penile shaft which on touching aggravates the itching. Painful open pumps that brings out water on the head of my penis. please help me, what should I do? I'm really worried!

Looks like something potentially fungal. I would visit q local clinic to rule out STDs. From there they will refer you to topical treatment.
