Wrinkled irritated skin on penis head for over a year!

Posted , 10 users are following.

hi all,

ive been experiencing this issue for over a year now and starting to lose hope.

been to the gum clinic several times and all results have came back negative.

been given different creams to try but none have been effective in alleviating symptoms or improving the skin condition.

symptoms started after protected sex with a new partner.

skin on penis head changed and small red spots like a rash appeared just beneath the skin which is now more wrinkled and sometimes shiny.

it has been more difficult to hold urine and inside the urethra feels sore which comes and goes with severity but is a constant symptom.

im arranging another visit to the gum clinic but in the meantime any advice would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

    thanks for the replies.

    no unprotected oral.

was tested for Chlamydia, gonnorhoea, syphillis and hiv which is standard for the nhs i believe.

    all came back negative.

got an appointment tomorrow so will see what they come up with this time.

i havent had antibiotics yet so im hoping a course of those could be the cure.

no itching just a general feeling of discomfort which seems to be stemming from the urethra.

what treatments have you guys tried?

got to be something out there that can cure this?

    thanks

    Hi James

Tried so far - Doxy x2, Co-amoxiclav, Levofloxacin. Mupirocin gel. Fluconazole tablet. Clobavate steroid cream. In short everything bar the kitchen sink.

Pains probably more sore than itchy. Obviously could be different things.

yeah sounds like each issue maybe different and caused by different things.

went to the gum clinic today, examined me and said the skin looks completely normal to her, but has defo changed in my opinion. the lines she said were due to the skin being a bit dry.

she has reffered me to a urologist so may have more luck going down that route.

will keep this thread updated once i have seen a urologist.

Guys, I have the symptoms ( soft skin ) and will share soon pictures.

This started for me when I used HSV disinfectant for a while on my glans.

    I also have extra symtoms.

    Glans is softer when errect,

Glans has mild red patches , when errect it looks red and irriated - you can see the blood vessels.

    Stinging in urethra

    • other simptoms.

    Currently researching

    Contact Dermatitits

Tissue damage inside glans due to chemical reaction against HSV disinfectant.

Tissue damage inside glans / on the skin due to lack of using appropriate lubrication.

Pelvic / PC Muscles too tense .

Same issue here. I believe it is HSV as it is what I have. Never had blisters but lots of burning in urethra after peeing and burning in perineum. losts of new small veins on my foreskin and scrotum. Burning worse after coffee, alcohol or sugar.
