Wrinkles/cracks on the edge of penis

Hi, had couple of time balanitis and treated it, but my skin on closer to the edge of penis became more dry and wrinkled, doctor said that it can be fixed by itself with time but time passed and it still the same even a bit worse. I wanted to ask if it is looking healthy and maybe I'm just creating problems inside my head and in case it is looking unhealthy what could be done?

so what has happened here is something called keratinization of the glans. this happens due to prolonged use of steroid cream and leaving it with the foreskin retracted. this is usually something that doesn't go away unless you constantly moisturise.

not really, this is a process that usually happenes to circumcised males.

creams used to treat balanitis include: steroid cream (if bad enough something strong like triamcinalone acetonide 0.5 %), antifungal cream (atheletes foot cream), and cleaning only with warm water no soap (even if it smells funky).

Maybe the steroid cream made this, you should wait and just use emollient cream, before decide to go tu surgery with circumcision
