Hi

My wrists are looking so odd. On 2007 I was experienced 220 v electric shock on my both hand, it last 30 - 50 seconds. My age is 30 now. But my wrists are not developed with other parts of my body. My weight is 75 kg, height 5 feet 4 inche. Comparing to other parts of my body it looks so small. Here i attached pictures. Please advise me.

Hi, if you can move your wrists without pain in all directions ie up and down and in a circle, then I dont think you have suffered any damage to them by the electric shock.

Its probably just the way you are: do look at your parents wrists and any brothers and sisters wrists.

I think you are more worried about your body image,as males tend not to like thin wrists,so try to build up the muscles in your arms and wrists by doing exercises with weights...not too heavy at first and build up.

Before you begin on the weights try by making a loose fist with your fingers and make circles with your wrists. You can find lots of articles on the web about exercises for thin wrists.
