searching for anyone with similar symptoms ,from what i seen by reading that a enlarge prostate is not suppose to hurt that bad,well i must have horrible luck my pain was so bad it earn me a free trip to the floor for couple hours follow by the er. pain of extreme pressure with the bladder and the lower stomach,im not taking the med I'm supposed to be but i have turn to nat supplement , figure if the us has more prosate problems then it has to be our diets so maybe it could be corrected,my other symtoms r day to day i never know what will happen from a erection for 3 hours to can not errect at all like a noodle ,wanted sex all the time or not wanted at all,pain after ejaculation following a gas pain to taking a s**t ,or no ejackulate at all ,the tube that rund under the penis thru the prostate i can feel a constant tingling on something inside of me deep its hard for me to explain but never comfortable somedays are wose Drs look at me like im speaking Russian sometimes ,any one with similar problem please let me know and post any future problem or solutions thx u.

What is your age ? Where are you located ? Have you had any tests done, like Digital Rectal Exam (DRE), Cystoscopy, Abdominal ultrasound, TRUS (Trans Rectal Ultra Sound). Have you been tested for Urinay Track Infection (UTI), or sexualy transmitted disease (STD) ? If you have not had these tests look into doing some of them starting with testing the urine for UTI or STD, followed by a DRE. If your not seeing a Urologist you should find one, they are specialists in urinary and sexual disorders.

The "wanted sex all the time" part may be your problem. Overdo it and you are asking for prostatitis and all that accompanies it. It's like any muscular tissue when overworked. (Not an all-inclusive cause, but you did mention it on your radar.) Good luck.

Here is the funny part i use to not want it that much,since the enlargement it seems like my drive has gone up,that urge to get off,it may be synthetic ,from that tingeling sensation i feel inside making an erection almost like a false stimulation ,my theory Dr thinks im crazy

I believe you are feeling pressure on the prostate -- from inflammation perhaps -- and pressure is a stimulus. I am a lot older than you and know that pressure. It can be a vicious circle. You feel pressure...and you need to act on it. You act upon it, and you feel more pressure from inflammation aggravated by the self-release of pressure. And round and round you go.
Try this: abstain for at least a week. You will likely feel a measure of "recovery". The feeling of a "normal" prostate -- UNLESS you are amidst a bout of prostatitis. iF SO...you need a med like sulfameth (Bactrim)...and THEN try abstaining.
