Wtf is this ! Can someone please tell me.

i'm not sure anymore if it's yeast infection or BV or what. my vagina lips are so swollen and painful. imagei have to wait for tomorrow to see my doctor. it happened after i used the antifungal cream and its getting worse. also the burning and itching won't stop also the white watery discharge is alot. i never had such a condition in my life and it's scary. please if someone knows what might caused this tell me.
