WTF WHY CANT ANYONE DIAGNOSE MY IRRITATED GLANS

i dont know what else to try. its flares up and irritates me all day, i cut off all my girlfriends, hurts to masturbate, and i try to keep my mind off it and think about a life without sex. imageimage

      sore glans, some times it itches sometimes it burns , sometimes it feels fine. ive tried cotrimizole but once i stop it flares back up

      it might be recurring mild fungal infection.

      visit a dermatologist, he'll give you some oral medication n other fungal cream.

    I see from your response to someone else that you have had this for over a year?

    Have you seen a Dermatologist or any sexual health specialist about this?

    What is in regular contact with the glans of your penis - soap, shower gel - anything else?

    Normally, throughout the day would the head of your penis be exposed in your underwear ...... ?

      The photos indicate no herpes infection(hsv 1/2).

      Yep agreed. But herpes does not present in a standard manner all the time.

      I have recently had issues with my glans (read my posts) and had blood work confirmed as hsv1. Never had symptoms before but my issues came after a risky exposure. All avenues worth exploring in my opinion. Certainly dont want to scare any one.

    I've tried everything, but NO DOCS could give me a damn diagnosis.

    Have you been lucky? Understand what's the cause? How it started?

      mine looks the same exactly I think for me due to overusing steriods
