ultra sound shows mild hydronephsis (swollen kidney) but no other issues. this test was done to find reason for frequent UTIs i read this can happen when infection has been happening. and stopping infection can correct swelling. Has anyone had this?

Its possible to stop growth of kidney. The best thing to do is ask your doctor, and let them guide you to the promised land.
