So yesterday I took a .5mg xanax (along with my prozac) at around 1:00 and within 30 minutes I felt like myself! Today I had bad morning anxiety so I decided to try a xanax again at 10:45 and all day i have had zero energy! I am completely fatigued sad Any suggestions?

I'm learning to cope. I was taking meds for two months. It does nothing but make you dependant. I told myself enough was enough. The GAD/Panic attacks were taking over my life . I have 5 children 33 yrs old. I started to write myb racing thoughts, write every time I felt an attack and what happened i didnt care if a pen fell. I write it all down. I started to learn meditation as well . Found one on YouTube that helps me. For 5 days now I have slept, and left my home. I walk EVERYDAY, I mediate and think positive now. I feel tension, headaches but i tell myself peace over panic. Remind MYSELF I'm safe and no need to panic. I let go of people and things that bring it on. X anax is strong I won't take mines. For me I see I'm worrying to much and much of it is past tense things, or what someone said that hurt me. I breath in LET AND BREATH OUT GO. And try and do brain teasers. I don't ignore the feeling of the attack I tell it to leave no need to be here. It's been a Sad and rough two months but i refuse to let this beat me. I'll beat it. Coping with life and thinking more positive is KEY SO IMPORTANT
