Hello,
I am taking 2mg of xanax twice a day. The directions say no more than 4mg in 24 hours. So, if I take 2mg at 8am and 2mg at 4pm, would i have to wait until 9am the next day so it would be 25 hrs? Thank you because this just confuses me.

Do you feel ok with taking 2 mg? 0.5 mg makes me feel drowsy. If you feel ok from 4 pm to 8 am the next day, there is no problem with that.

yeah, I have very strong anxiety and panic attacks. every time I leave I have to take 2 with me, just in case. three agoraphobia has lightened up with the meds, which is good. I was house bound for 5 years.
