I just stared taking Xiidra along with other meds for MGD. So far it seems to be helping. My insurance carrier said that they prefer Restasis but luckily they accepted it. Has anyone used Xiidra?

    I have used it and it seemed to help some.  The first month I received a coupon for month's supply free from my ophthalmologist.  The second month my insurance agreed to help cover it and it cost me $230.00 for a month's supply - before insurance coverage it was $560.00 for the month.  I decided to discontinue it because of the cost.

      Luckily my insurance pays for most of it. I don’t blame you for dropping it at that price. Good luck with whatever you are using. It’s very hard to manage all of this.
