Hia everyone, just dropping by to tell you XLS now have an app to support you on your journey, no idea if it's on android tho as I have iPhone smile

      Snap same here ha ha think we stared about the same time .x

      I'm really happy on them , been a bit bunged up lol a part from that no probs .

      I'm having to come off them just for a week , got a big family meal . 

      So sticking to a real low fat week with less carbs . 

      Meals in Sunday , really don't want to will still chose the lowest option , just don't want the 💩💩.

      How are you finding it ? Are you happy with how much you have lost xx

    I forgot I down loader that app looks quite good .

    Only it says to take 2 tables after each meal and meal plan has a lot more fat in them . 

    Only had a quick look , wil look at bit later xx
