Had a horrible year, a horrible Christmas, tried to have a good birthday today but nope! And to think January is usually the worst time for me...what chance have I really got ? I make it zero! Anyone advance on zero? Nope? Didn't think so...I'm done!!!

      I hear you I do and I know what you're going through I really do its a feeling of doom right in the pit of you're stomach that you can't shift and for some strange reason you're mind won't let you shift. I feel it every day I wake up and I have 3 gorgeous boys but yet it doesn't seem enough. I am trying new medication and I really want to believe it will work I really do. I see negativity in everything I see and do but I have to believe ill get better and so do you. I have had days and many any of them since my mum died suddenly in march that I've wanted to just die I don't want to commit suicide just simply die but can you imagine how our kids would feel? This is all that pulls me through. Please speak to me anytime I battled this 6 years ago and won or thiught so so I'm dammed sure it's not taking me now!!! Xxx

    im so sorry u are feeling down i know how you feel i lost my mom3 years ago and its been hell without her ive been sad cant be or feel happy xant focus or concentrate feel foggy i started antidepressants 2 weeks ago i just wanna feel like myself again it will get better!

    Wish i could help you , i had already decided what i was going to do - not want to face another year like this year and i have made steps to not have to , trying to explain why i feel like i do to the gentleman who see's me at my local cmht , not understanding why i feel like i do . Some people do find this time of year hard - maybe because it is dark , dull and that passes on to a person ( i never minded this time of the year as i like to snuggle in front of the television , etc , hot choc , etc ) , i have noticed that you always give good advice on this forum - could you not give it to yourself , do you have a local Mind or similar you can visit - mix with others in the same boat as you - as the saying goes . i am sorry i cannot help you , make that zero be a better number , please take care x

    I am on zero. Bad year medical problems, the floods. I have no fight left so know how you feel x
