Hello all does anyone know what causes this rash it has been present for a year and they come and go and sometimes they disappear entirely only to come back after couple of hours

Do you mean the pinkness of your knuckles? or the white patchiness? Does it itch or hurt? Is it flat or slightly lumpy?

Hey, i meant the red patches next and under the knuckles they dont itch or hurt and they are completely flat on the skin

A puzzle !Thought you might say itchy or sore but you say not. If they feel dry I would say use a hand cream every night.
Do you feel well? Any aches or pains?

No nthing i even did blood tests all of them were good doc even told me that i was healthy
