Yeast infection?

i went to my docotors and got tests done, But the first 2 picture was how it started, 2 days later after a shower and taking yeast infections antibiotic it looks like this now, my inner vag lips are swollen, itchy and burns, i do see the yeast when im wiping. is this just a yeast infection?imageimageimage
