Yeast infection? HELP PLEASE

i believe I have a yeast infection but would like to confirm with someone who may recognize it before i buy treatment, please help!image

    is the white stuff discharge or is it fixed on your skin? can you wipe it?

    Yes it dos look like an infection and i can assume there is a light fishy odour.
