yeast infection?? HSV??? BV?????

please help i just got of my period about a week a ago and i started having symptoms that gave me yellow coloring in the roof of my mouth and toungue along with vaginal sores that look like this. im freaking out because the internet says is a std when ive been faithful and it hurts when i pee or have sex with my partner. I dont think my partner is unfaithful. WHAT IS THIS PLEASE HELP ME!! Ive had a steroid spinal injection 3 days ago and they told me im gonna have flu like symptoms so i dont know if its associated with this. ive had a massive headache along with a fever. please help!!!

    You may have been faithful but what about your partner? Seems like herpes but i'm not a professional. See a doctor asap.

    It does seem like HSV outbreak, which could be triggered by your lowered immunity.

    That's a herpes outbreak. It doesn't necessarily mean your partner was unfaithful. It can be dormant for years...and if your immune system is stressed, that could be what triggered this outbreak.
