hello,

okay so ive had these sores (more so scabbing) for awhile maybe since beginning of february or january. they havent cause problems just itched. well recently, this week, these sores have like almost got infected maybe? i am sexually active and we use condoms sometimes. these sores burn because theyre open and make it hard to walk, sit , or go to the bathroom (peeing is painful) my vagina is also swollen, and itches alot inside of it. i dont know if this is a severe yeast infection, herpes, or something else but i need answers so i know how to approach the situation. my partner told me that he is fine down there and he has no symptoms so its just me.

Hi 123go, There could be more than one thing going on, these lumps: they could be one of many types of cysts(which can be nothing) ingrown hairs, another type of sore(possibly disease related), they don't look like vericose veins or anything like that, yes they can be infected....the vaginal symptoms can be a yeast infection, the burning, itching are all signs of that....IMO, I would avoid sex for now, until you know WHAT EXACTLY it is and if its contagious(maybe not) but, you still need treatment at least for vaginal symptoms... a DR. needs to see this, he/she can tell right away, or do swabs & etc... so you can get the RIGHT treatment, if not it will get worse, you don't need to suffer like this darlin'....make an appt TODAY!! Hope its something simple and feel better soon!! Best Wishes๐Ÿ’’โ˜ฎ๐ŸŒˆโค๐Ÿ€โ™พ๐ŸŽถ

123go, I am so glad you decided to go in!! I will pray too, hang in there....when the tests are in, then you will know what you're dealing with and can get the proper treatment...take care of yourself, hope you get better soon & just do whatever your Dr. says, if you have ANY questions be sure to ask your Dr. and if ANY problems come up don't hesitate to let her know!!๐Ÿ’’โ˜ฎ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ€โ™พ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’ž

Hey love, based on the symptoms your experiencing it may he herpes. You can still get herpes from someone even if you use a condom with them and they have no visible sores or signs of a breakout. Many people are unaware that they have herpes and this is why it gets transmitted easily because some persons dont experience symptoms. The best way to know is to get a test done and i really hope it isn't it when your results come. i had a similar experience of not being able to walk and sit properly after feeling a painful sore under there after having unprotected sex a day before. i did an HIV test as well because i went raw but be careful and pray your partner be honest with you because whether your wearing a condom or not your vulnerable once your having sex.

The results for Herpes came back positive and based on the what the doctor explained i was exposed to herpes a long time now and i didn't even knew until last year when the symptom's happened after having sex 2 days before. i had sex the Saturday and had to go to the doctor on the Tuesday because the pain was unbearable ๐Ÿ˜ข. HIV test came back negative, thank you Jesus.
