Yeast infection or herpes?

im pretty sure ive had a yeast infection for the last week - left it untreated and started to itch unbearably 2 days ago. i scratched and itched it hard (i know i shouldnt) but the itching was unbarable. ive now come out with a swollen inflamed labia minora and i noticed some white spots forming which have now turned into blistering on the labia minora only. please can someone tell me if this looks like herpes or a severe yeast infection?

i was tested about 2 months ago and i have slept with someone since but no signs of herpes on them and we didnt actually have sex. but still contact. i know this still means its completely possible. i just know for definite i have a yeast infection and these sores came up when i itched the yeast infection. could that trigger the herpes outbreak?

ive heard that often times yeast infections accompany an outbreak. my first symptom was yeast infection like discharge, then my sores appeared. my discharge was tested and it was negative for yeast. the discharge that often accompanies herpes just resembles it, its thick and white, & in my case over a couple of days changed to a very watery consistency
