Yeast infection or something else??????

So i've had this itch for about a week now and this is how my discharge looks. i dont know if i'm paranoid but i keep seeing small white bumps. and the itch is most intense for like 30 seconds right after i'm finished urinating and more annoying at nights. sometimes i barely feel it during the day. could this be just a bad yeast infection or something else?? oh and i've had yeasts before but they usually go away in a few days.

Hey, I'm not a medical professional but I think it could be a bad case of yeast infection. How many days have you had this?

Im not a medical professional but from my personal experience I would say its either a yeast infection or BV. Both had the same symptoms for me, but the discharge for BV is usually greyish and I tended to have a lot of it. I would make an appointment with your obgyn if possible.

    Hey

Over-the-counter antifungal creams, ointments or suppositories (with miconazole or clotrimazole) are the most common ways to treat yeast infections. These can take from 1 to 7 days. If you’re pregnant, it’s safe to use creams or suppositories, but avoid the fluconazole you take by mouth.
