Yeast infection or something else ??

About a week ago I had unprotected sex with someone and a day or two after I noticed I was having a looottt of discharge, it was kinda creamy very pale yellow and a little chunky. I remember it smelt but I don't remember it being too bad just kind of musty maybe a tiny bit fishy. My vagina was a bit itchy but didn't bother me too much it just came and went, I also peed fine there was no burning, there was a little bit of blood on the toilet paper when I wiped but it seemed to be from little scrapes. I didn't do anything about it until yesterday morning when I went to pee, there was so much discharge on the toilet paper. It was gooey, a bit yellow (probably from my pee?), and the smell was absolutely disgusting it smelt like literal rotting sweet garbage. I started freaking out so I ended up buying this RepHresh 2 step kit with a douche and a gel that's supposed to help balance your pH. I know its bad to douche but the reviews seemed good and I couldn't stand the thought of something like that in there I needed to feel clean so I used it. When I was using it there were a lot of white chunks of discharge coming out. For the rest of the day and most of today i've had no smell or icky discharge but I just checked and there was a bunch of chunky white discharge ( the picture below) it doesn't have much of a smell just a bit sour. I have not been itchy at all my vagina feels normal. Id also like to mention that i've had unprotected sex with this person before so I doubt an STD but i'm not sure.

    no matter how good the "douche" I dont recommend you do that again .. it honestly looks like a yeast infection .. since most the symptoms are gone i just recommend you take one Fluconazole just to be sure its all gone .. now when it comes to what you said about the bad smell .. that can be caused by BV .. and if the smell comes back DO NOT douche .. you should see a doctor or try boric acid

    and also we know yeast infections arent STD but if your having unprotected sex .. pay attention to if it happens everytime you have unprotected sex with the person .. cause sometimes a guy can cause you to get them .. once i stopped having unprotected sex with my ex .. i havent had a yeast infection since
