Yeast infection or something else?? Help please I’m freaking out

Two days ago I started with itchy in my vagina, I got this bumps like if they were from a yeast infection so I bought an ovule and an itchy cream and I used those last night hut I woke up WORSE. now it doesn't only itches but it also hurts, its swallowen and super irritated. I dont know what to do or how to calm the itchy and pain. I have an appointment with a doctor but it's in two weeks! Help please!!! Look pics imageimageimageimage

    It does look like an infection, you may antibiotics. Some creams can give the person side effects, you have to look out for certain chemicals in creams. The vagina is delicate it should be taken seriously. I heard that antibacterial creams and gels should not interfere with the vagina because it can upset chemical balance. I do not know how true this is, but i think about it often.
