Yeast infection or something more serious?

a couple of days ago my vaginal area was super itchy and painful, hurt to even touch. I was having clumpy discharge. I figured this was a yeast infection after looking up symptoms online. The next day it was super itchy and dry. I bought cream for it ans Azo yeast pills. I'm super scared that this isn't a yeast infection and is something more serious. The red sores have appeared recently. imageimage
