Yeast Infection or something more serious? (Male)

So i have had this rash for about a little over a week. It seems that there is a a small white patch that has formed on my penis. It does not hurt. At times it itches/burns slightly but nothing overwhelming. Also, it seems like the skin as gotten a little shinier/thick. Anyone have any similar experienced or can point me in the right direction as to what this is? I have been using anti-fungal cream and taking probiotics to attempt to counter this. imageimageimage
