Yeast infection or std

i went into the doctors today and she told me i wont have my results for another week. she said i did have a yeast infection but also tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia . my discharge has been white color but definitely watery or creamy. is that normal or could i possibly have an std cause i do feel a slight pressure feeling in my vagina still. i took all the medications the doctor gave me plus boric acid she suggested

hopefully its just a yeast infection or am i over thinking it to be and std ):
