Yeast Infection or STD/STI? HELP!!

Around monday, i started getting itchy. i take antibiotics for acne so i usually get Yeast infections I took fluconazole. I feel itchy again a few days later and i take another dose. the yeast and vaginal hole does not seem to itchy but it itches in some areas. i start taking a look at vagina and i see little cuts. i have been having sex constantly, up to 5 times a day with the same man. i also had sex with a yeast infection after the medicine though. Now, i am worried maybe his ex was to give him something. does this look like a Std, i have no burning sensation to pee, or smell, nor fever. HELP PICTURES BELOW
