Yeast infection or trich?

I need help . I went to planned parenthood and they told me I had a yeast infection and give me a pill but it’s been three day and the weird bump is still there

    Can yeast infections cause bumps? I rarely heard about this. You should contact another doctor for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
