yeast infection or Vp?

Hi guys im 17 years old and Ive never experienced something like this, like 3 days ago i started experiencing itching and i thought it was just my pubic hair but yesterday i checked myself and noticed a white substance coming out of my vulva. I started my research and I came to the conclusion it was a yeast infection due to my bad esting habits and i thought i needed probiotics but i checked myself again and i noticed little bumps on the upper inner part of my vulva, i am worried because i dont want to have them forever 😦 i dont want them to be warts but still i want to know what it is i hope you guys could help me ):
