YEAST INFECTION?? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP

Im not sure what this is, it doesnt look look like a yeast infecting if im being honest. ive had one before an it was nothing like this. My boyfriend perform oral on me two nights ago an he did something different by sticking his tonuge inside me. ive been feeling slight irritation but then again the sex is on the rougher side so thats not unusual to me. but then i started to itch so i decided to take a look and this is what i found. there is no smell either. please im horrified ive never dealt with something like this before can someone explain what this could be ???

    oo yeah definitely looks like a yeast infection especially since you mentioned itchiness! i would get otc treatment or go to the doctors bc it won’t go away on its own. we need to be wary of our male partners and their oral hygiene etc because they cause us a lot of problems 😕
