Yeast Infection SORES!!?!? Possible??

okay, about 4 days ago me and my bf had sex, immediately after we got done i noticed i had a slight itch at the opening inside my vagina and small sores or rips i should say at the bottom of my opening. i believe i wasn't lubricated enough and/or it was too rough. i washed it and left it alone but the next day it still itched and i seen i had clumpy discharge and then my clitoris hood was itching. i showered, put witch hazel on it which BURNED and that night i took fluconazole. those sores went away the next day and also my clitoris hood and inside of vagina stopped itching but one side of my labia minora was now itching. i looked at it and seen nothing so i waited 48 hours before i took the other pill. next day it still was itching and it wasn't just one side of my labia minora but BOTH, i showered and i believe i did get a little too carried away because of course it was itching but not bad bad but i was really just trying to clean it to remove the yeast or so i thought. i got out the shower, pee'd and it BURNED LIKE HELL!! so i look in my handheld mirror at my vagina and see this imagei put witch hazel on it and once again it burned, i don't have any a&d ointment to use as a barrier so i used Vaseline (yeast cream burns because i used it before) the itching slowed down but does these look like sores from rubbing too hard with the wash cloth to clean myself?? I'm not sure but i will be making an appointment ASAP! i never knew you could have sores that look like this and its more than just three. the vaseline got them to shiny. and how long does it take for the fluconazole to fully WORK!?!

I would say this is most likely due to mechanical irritation and possibly chemical from use of witchhazel (particularly as you reported burning). What was the verdict from your appointment?
